  • How many people will come to my home?
    I am independent and therefore my quality of work is tied intimately to my own brand. I am effective and efficient and never allow my standards to drop. If I were to leave one client unsatisfied, it could be fatal to my stellar reputation, not to mention the fact that I would feel awful about it - this is why it will never happen, and if you are unhappy you don't need to pay me - I am THAT confident that you will be happy. I can usually clean a large house in 3 hours, dependent on many factors of course, not least how often it is cleaned. For a deep clean, I will require most of the day for a large property. With cleaning having fewer people involved is often more efficient in terms of workrate per person and therefore cost. A team can be great to get a job done very quickly, but it can be more expensive and sometimes inefficient.
  • Are you professional?
    I started out as simply a lady spreading the word with some pamphlets, armed with a vacuum cleaner and box of cleaning supplies. I quickly gained a lot of success and many happy customers and this has given me to confidence to become a businesswoman as well as a top class cleaner. I have business insurance to cover me up to £1 million. This website is brand spanking new and will be pivotal as I expand my services. Nothing is more important to me than my brand - that means I must deliver top quality service and have happy satisfied customers!
  • Isn't it safer to work with an agency, what if you are sick or go on holiday?
    My customers ask me to be extremely flexible and I can rearrange cleaning at the drop of a hat unlike locking into an agency contract. Because I am my brand, I will never let you down. If I am going to go on holiday I will organise cover or deconflict with you to ensure you get what you need. If I get sick I will organise cover at no expense to yourself. My quality of work and subsequent savings will ensure that there is no downside to working with SpotlessSilva!
  • Do you have the right to work in the UK?
    I am a proud Brazilian who has lived in Scotland with my husband for 4 years. I have a BRP (Biometric Residency Permit) which gives me full rights to work in the UK. I don't believe that any nationality has bragging rights over any other, but with me you will get a proud hardworking cleaning provider who is invested in my work - giving me a competitive advantage over my competitors!
  • There's so much chaos in the world is everything going to be ok?
    Unfortunately I am not qualified to answer that question but what I can say is that having a Spotlessly clean house will make the world just that little bit nicer!
